Axis Atlas No edge miles since 20th Jan

Has anyone received edge miles on Axis Atlas since 20th Jan. I’ve done multiple transactions but haven’t received any miles, earlier used to get in 2-3 days.

You are right. I too haven't received anything lately. I keep checking everyday but no change.

Axis is upgrading the systems 1--7 Feb, so no miles have been credited from 25th Jan for Magnus BURGUNDY and atlas

Exactly same here, no Edge Miles since Jan 20th. Not just Miles but Edge Reward points as well. And for many it is being reversed also. They're saying that they're upgrading something.

Same here. Have got miles for transactions made till 22nd Jan. Post that till date, no miles have been received.

Haven't received Miles/ERs after Jan 29. Also had read in other threads that they might be shifting to crediting Miles/ERs post statement generation.

Most cards credit automatically points instantly after transaction is settled. Only Axis has probably people sitting somewhere and counting points manually for 90 days before crediting it.
