I was informed by SMS that my already-credited edge points were reversed on 29 January, '24, and the "correct" points would be credited back by 25 Feb, '24 (my reversed points were actually correct)!
But of course, Axis being Axis, nothing happened to date.
Customer service says there is some technical issue, and asked for some more (non-specific) time!
I am way beyond trusting Axis anymore, and have basically stopped using their cards.
