This works only if you have a pre approved LE offer on your card. Else, it will just throw the message, offer not available.
Better option is to talk/email to customer care and try for LE.

One year.
Last year 1st June 2023 I got 10% LE offer
This year 29th July 2024 I got 10% LE Offer

I received my IDFC credit card on December 16, 2022, with a limit of 40k. Despite using it regularly, I have never received any limit enhancement offers. Additionally, I have a savings account with IDFC.
