No response from Axis Bank - Airtel Axis CC

I have applied for Airtel Axis CC from the website and got a message from Axis bank that our executive will connect to you for KYC requirements for your residential address. But after 11 days not receive any call/mail from the bank. Bit confused regarding what next ?? any suggestion

Update:- I had raised the complaint regarding the delay in process. They replied they dont have enough man power for processing the application so they will be rejecting the application and sending me a regret letter. If Axis bank dont have manpower why the application need to be rejected? Any suggestion?

You need a written proof if you go to rbi ombudsman. So send email and get a response

Axis customer care, pno, almost all their credit card team are going downhill & there is no stopping.

They take service request, give a date for completion, then on due date again extend the completion date & chain continues without update.

Just keeping credit card with them is headache, thanking almighty that I don't have any other banking relationship with them.

Very weird indeed. I applied for Axis Airtel CC from Airtel Thanks app. It immediately gave me the option of video KYC. After clicking on that link, I was on hold on their mobile website for around 40 minutes (6 PPL ahead in q), but process was smooth. I had to answer basic questions and hold PAN card. After completion, 7 days later, card was approved. And I received it 2 days after approval.
After first transaction, joining fee of 500+GST was charged and 2 days further, I received 500 Amazon voucher in email.

Overall process was pretty smooth.

OP, where did you apply the CC? Axis website or Airtel app? Not sure if that makes a difference. Looks like you did not get a link for video kyc
