That's how BOB works.

Send each mentioned documents again even if you have sent already. Mention additional documents for application number in mail subject limit & request acknowledgement of receipt of documents sent.

Then forgot if you ever applied this card. If approved, you will be notified, if not, don't bother.

i already gave up after looking through threads of bob cards here, didnt send anymore docs and just recieved this mail, just gonna reply with 'yeah i work from home, not gonna put much effort.

UPDATE : didn't send them any doc again (apart from replying with my consent as asked in that email) despite their spamming of asking for documents, 10 days later they finally acknowledged my reply and moved it's status back to under process.

I received a call for sending documents two days after my card was approved 😂😂😂. I guess they were ignorant of the approval...

lol, but tbh i dont have much hope, i gave statement of a cc that is barely a month old ( millenia that i convereted from tata neu ), also the reason i didnt bother sending docs again.
