Not able to apply new card via apply now through axis mobile app

Does anyone have solution to this problem? Applied for magnus credit card more than a month ago. But didn't get any intimation from axis bank via SMS or email. But the status is showing application still in process.

You can apply online only after 90 days from the applied date of your previous card
