Not able to apply second SBI card

Hi,

I am new to the community.
I got SBI Octane card last month and now I want to apply for SBI Cashback card. But while applying, when I enter my personal details, the next page it is automatically trying to generate SBI Octane card. It is pointing to the same old application number that was generated for SBI Octane card. I want to use the same mobile number that I used for my first card.
Any idea if I am doing something wrong.
