Not able to get an axis card

Hi,
I already own flipkart axis and axis ace credit cards. Now i want to apply for my zone credit card but the team is telling that one cannot own more than 2 axis credit cards per user . is this true?

did you considered that spreading spends to multiple cards reduces the overall return % on best cards? There are better cards in other banks, just check if that within your spend categories or not, IMO.
