Not able to make payments for airtel bills using airtel axis credit card in airtel thanks app with cashback.

Hi Team,
I'm trying to pay my Airtel broadband bill through the Airtel Thanks app using my Airtel Axis Bank credit card, but the payment is failing. Please find the details in the attached screenshot. Can anyone give suggestions why it is getting failed?

Did you try removing the card and adding again to Airtel Thanks app?

Update the App to latest Version
Check whether Online Transactions Enabled for That particular card
If Updated then delete the app & re install, if still problem persists, try logging with another Airtel Number. Then try paying the bill

No card is saved on the app..

App is updated to latest only, i still have uninstalled the app & tried again, still not worked.. i have logen in with other number in my device & tried making the payment it worked.
