Not able to Pay credit card bill using indusind exclusive debit card

Tried paying my credit card bill in paytm via indusind exclusive debit crad , transaction is getting failed stating user declined transaction / user not completed transaction after entering otp.

Please help me with this

Same happening with me in paytm for cc payments .. Same “user not completed transaction” in both platinum exclusive & signature exclusive.

The tried in cred as the payment was more than 50K & declined there too !

Spoke to IndusInd cust care & they are saying problem not from their end. Don’t know what’s the issue .. anyone else facing the same ? What could be the issue ?

It seems to be problem with paytm only. I have made payments through indusind exclusive debit card via payzapp as paytm was not processing the payments.

It failed in cred too … Will try payzapp. Thanks for the info. Is the settlement instant though like in paytm & cred ?

For amex i got instant notification of payment received from amex. For hdfc and axis nothing so not sure.

Just tried it right now after calling cust care again, I don’t know what he did but the transaction went through.

The CCE told me it was a temp glitch. Try it once again today & it might go through.
