Not getting cashbacks on ICICI Amazon Pay Credit card

I am no longer getting a single cashback from my credit card purchases.
My Amazon Prime account is valid till January 2024 so i am definitely counted as a "prime member" and eligible for the cashbacks.
What could be the issue?
Last month i made a purchase of Rs 21,000. So i was expecting at least 1050 as cashback from the 5% cashback rate. Got nothing.
Just this monday i made over Rs10,000 worth of purchase. Again nothing, my Amazon Pay balance is ZERO since April 2023
I am using this credit card only for amazon purchases and nothing else.
I never use EMI methods.

There were some issues in crediting reward cashback for the card for many users late last year. I was one of them, and after a bit of back and forth between both Amazon and the bank, ICICI credited 2 months cashback for me together. Please contact the customercare. Do make it a point to send a mail and keep following up on the phone. Took me some time then.

I didn't get right cash back 2 months ago, but last month I didn't have any spends but still got 108 cash back

I too had the same issue due to which the statement now shows negative reward points, and I haven't used that card since then, did you also had negative points? If yes, then did ICICI credit them back to you?
