Not getting Upgrade offer for credit card in HDFC Bank.

Hello

I am not getting CC Upgrade offer.
I have Moneyback card with 4lac limit.
I tried in netbanking it's not showing any upgrade offer.
I tried mycard website also. There is Upgrade offer.
what should I do to get Millenia card.
I tried to apply also but it's not showing there as well.

Same for me too. If you are not looking for LTF, you can mail Chennai office and get upgrade.

First try to mail customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com if they will ask you Latest Salary Slip or ITR copy send them back.

Will I get the LTF upgrade offer or not.

Refer this thread. Spend based LTF offers should be applicable on upgrades if our folks say.

That is what I was told. But you can always mail and push them.
I did not try hard enough because Millenia is the only useful card from HDFC to me (I don't travel/Stay in hotels) and I have Fk/Apay cards to compensate that. I dint wanna pay 1.2k for a card I will be using rarely. So settled with LTF moneyback I got 3 years ago.

I was also not getting upgrade offer. So got the moneyback plus closed. Want to know after how many days can i apply offline for millenia or regalia card?
