New features added in YONO app. "My Debit Cards" TAB newly added in YONO where we can generate Virtual Debit card at free of cost (time between 8am to 8pm). Also initiated request for new physical debit card from there.
Oh..then looks like the only option remains is to visit the branch if you want to get this resolved quickly. Otherwise contact customer care over a call or email can also help upto an extent.
It is mostly because you have 3 or more active/inactive/blocked card linked to your account. Get them removed either by branch or registering a complaints and it will be fixed.
SBI Customer Care, Nodal Officer and even the PNO is not aware of the new virtual debit card. They are confusing it with the older virtual card service.
Received the same response from level 1 to 3 that virtual card service is discontinued. Please visit branch etc.

Screenshot bhejo unko yono/inb ke jaha virtual card ko apply kar sakate hai..aur maybe possible ho..to kisi dusare ke account se apply kar ke card milane ke baad jo message aata hai..us page ka bhi screenshot bhej dena..
Yes, -- by blocking the existing card, and applying for a new card on another network after 15 days. There is also a limit on how many times this can be done in a year.
