NSDL Bank Account Blocked 😔 Any Solution?

My NSDL Bank Account is Blocked without any notice.

Full Kyc A/C (aadhar xml) Opened on 14 August 2023
Balance: INR 508.21

Anyone has experienced a similar issue? What is the process to Unblock it?

and can someone tell me what's the benefit of having this a/c apart from 0 bal a/c?
Is it the same as having a jupiter or Fi or Au digital bank a/c? (all of them are 0 mab)

My mother's NSDL account has been blocked.and she doesn't know hindi english even can read English letter. She has all documents like pan Aadhar passport . She is not able to do video kyc infront of agent as she doesn't know hindi english 🥹 is there any other way to make NSDL account unblocked ? Please tell me🥺🥺 any offline method or something 🤨🤨 1000 rupees in my mother account. That's the problem

In case of any account closure
U need to email them or text them on x first

Later all you have to do is provide identification+ cancelled cheque for amount transfer

Your money is safe it's just stuck
 
Agents are speaking only hindi and english but my mother knows only Bengali language,comes from west bengal KOLKATA.. if 1000 is not in my mother's account , I wouldn't worry.. if any one find solution about this topic let me know please 😭 🥺

Ask NSDL to close the account and provide alternate account details of your mother to transfer the balance or ask them to deliver a Demand Draft at the registered address.

Does closing the account need the account to be unblocked first with video kyc.? Typically other banks does this for offline process.

If this happens, then my 1000 gone as my mother can't do video kyc in Hindi &, english.she doesn't even remember date of birth,area pincode .how will she make vidfo KYC, I don't know 😭
