NSDL Bank Account Blocked 😔 Any Solution?

I created my NSDL Payments bank account with my old number, which was linked to Aadhaar at that time. Recently, I changed my Aadhaar-linked number, and my old number has been allotted to someone else. Can I change my registered mobile number and email ID with NSDL Payments Bank?
 
I raised closure request with Nodal, they have responded in few hours and I believe thats the easiest way to reach out and get your balance transferred to other saving accounts.

They are responding every email within 2 hours if sent to Nodal Officer.

Best Solution - Close your account and Ask them to transfer your money to any other account. It will have service charges for closure applicable if you are closing it after 14 days and before 12 Months, else free.

All they need is
- Manually Signed PAN Copy
- Manually filled and Signed Account Closure form. (Attached)
- Cancelled Cheque of the bank where you want your money to be transferred.

I am trying to get response from Nodal Officer for the past two weeks to complete my VKYC (overall follow-up is two months), no update so far. Their customer support is a joke, no use.
Use it while it lasts, that's it.
 
They are not replying to anyone's emails, even if you create tickets for a V-KYC slot. They do not have the capacity to complete 10 lakh customer V-KYC they only do 10-20 customer V-KYC daily. Now, calculate how much time it will take to achieve the 10 lakh milestone. Only an RBI ombudsman complaint will help; it is the best recourse. I have already filed one and will update you.

Also mass complaint to RBI otherwise even RBI will not listen for 30 days
 
able to complete vkyc after a month.
i raised the request on 2 jan but even after many mails and request recieved call for vkyc on 3 feb. i completed my vkyc on 3 feb but still my account is blocked. no update after vkyc
 
NSDL Payments Bank seems to be replying in Google Play Store, specifically for 1-star reviews. See latest reviews.


It worked. After sending my ticket ID and registered name over Google Play Store review (obviously 1-star review), I got a call and completed the video KYC.

Earlier today, I also raised a complaint with RBI Ombudsman

Also, did a small campaign against NSDLPB in X (Twitter) to get them respond.

Not sure what triggered, though.

i think the X did the work here, as some people who complained in january start itself on X got calls on same day or a day later.
 
My account is completely closed and the money blocked is been told to be moved to the account that I mentioned in the account closure in 7 days.
I wasnt charged anything as my account was almost 4 years old.

Guys. Mark your emails to Nodal Officer and give them the ticket number that you guys would have raised. I went by the process.
Raised a closure ticket in the app, as usual waited for almost 7 days sent reminder, after 15 days raised the issue with Nodal.
Account closed and all formalities done within 48 hours.
