NSDL Bank Account Blocked 😔 Any Solution?

I request all of you plz do a rbi ombudsman complaint against this bank without any further intimation they do not have rights to do that they can do credit freeze but they do totally blocked...bulk complaint will help belt treatment needed immediately
RBI ombudsman complaint can only be done after a month from the date of complaining in the bank
 
Download the account closure form at https://www.nsdlbank.com/assets/layouts/images/banners/pfd_15_7/Account_Closure_Form_v2.pdf and send it to NSDL. If the account was opened less than 18 months ago, be prepared to pay account closure charges (500 +GST) or wait for 18 months to complete to save some charges.
Since 2nd January my mother's NSDL account has been blocked. Can i follow this process to receive stuck fund(900 something still in NSDL bank account). My mother can't able to read or speak hindi english ,even can't understand hindi. Although she has all documents like Pan, aadhaar, passport 🥺

Please keep a copy of the email and if there is no resolution within 30 days (give some buffer), you may write to RBIO asking compensation for the delay in service.

Do you complained if yes then what was the response from them

  • I called customer care (+912242022100) and asked for the reason of account block
  • Customer care mentioned due to Kyc
  • I asked them about the process of unblocking
  • Customer care mentioned they are sending my details to the KYC team and they will connect with me in this week to complete the KYC
