Did u face any issue during account opening specially aadhaar xml file uploading or something else?
Plz share the overall account opening experience as I want to open this account for RuPay Platinum DC only to grab Amazon's Bill payment offers...

The Aadhaar XML (.pdf) file is a password protected file. Did u unlock the pdf file before uploading the application page?

All NSDL account is blocked for re-kyc. Check your account.

they do not respond to VKYC requests. so its effectively permanent block

Just for vKYC. However, a number of people have got their video KYC declined due to recent address change in Aadhaar, mismatch in photo, etc.

I've unblocked the account after nearly 45 days. Once unblocked, I've moved the funds out of it, though. Will be using it sparingly (for Amazon Pay Friday offers).
