Dear All TF members
I have 2 SBI Credit card, I changed my job and update in SBI Card app but Now i see in my CIBIL sbi is mentioned my old office Address.
How to change Office address for sbi Card in CIBIL.
I already Raised a Dispute in cibil of update this but not changed.

It will not change
When you will apply for a new credit product, then that institution will add and after that it will start reflecting.

You can call CIBIL customer care and request them to help you get rid of the previous address.

They should be able to provide you with the name of the bank/institute who had reported your previous official address which is reflecting on your report at the moment. Sometimes your contact details, etc. are reflecting not only because of your active accounts (2 SBI accounts in your case), but also because of previously closed accounts and hard enquiries as well.

Once you know the name, you may then request CIBIL customer care to get in touch with the bank/institute to update your current address. But you must ensure that your current official address details are already updated with the bank/institute before raising a dispute with CIBIL.

This is how I had gotten my previous addresses expunged from the CIBIL report, and I hope this helps you too.

I followed these steps already.
I updated my new office address in SBI card app


After Update Address in SBI CARD app, I raised dispute in CIBIL.
But Address is not changed.
