Its still active and have coral rupay & rubyx rupay in the same account

Question: If I ask them to give me a different credit card and close this one, will the credit vintage for that card reset on CIBIL??

If you UPGRADE the card then only cibil history will be same.

My oldest card from 2014 is the Canara Bank Credit Card. I started my CC journey with it. Very useful card even now.

I started my Indian CC journey with icici hpcl coral at about 6.5 years ago..it is still active

Updated the post; 13 years old. 2012 was the issue date.

No, my first credit card was not a paid one. As on date, I am holding 34 CCs out of which 29 are LTF.

My journey started with SBI Kolkata Card (LTF) in July 2006. The variant was discontinued and it was upgraded to SBI Gold card which I am still holding.

My first paid card is Amex Gold Charge which I took in Feb-2015, still holding.

Apart from the few (ones with lounge access) that I carry in a card holder, I keep them in an Amul Choco minis box 😀 along with the add-ons, Dreamfolks, PP, etc.

Not just sarees, shoes and lots of other items too
