No I got mail for 3% fuel cashback just today morning

From November 1 onward, the maximum gems that can be earned through bill payments will be limited to 150 per category, instead of the earlier limit of 500 gems, with no category restrictions, even we are Mega Star 🌟 status. I have spoken with customer service regarding this issue and told that I have not received any updates. They have yet to notify all customers about this change.

If i pay a CC bill on the indie app, say the bill was of 2000₹, & i pay 500₹ x4, will i get 50 gems for each transaction?
And when are those gems credited?

Nope. Gems are credited within 1-2 days of transaction.

Undie 🩲 by SundasBank 🚽🚾🧻 are frauds btw. I did 3 x credit card bill payments and 1 x electricity bill payment each of >₹500 amount. Should've gotten 200 gems but they gave only 150. Raised complaint via email and Twitter but no reply for months. Now will face RBI ombudsman's complaint + compensation demand for a mere 50 gems not given

Reading t&c might be boring but it saves other kind of trouble ...
ideally you should get it as its 3x till 150 for cc, and rest 350 for other categories. So let us know how it goes

Do you do all 5 txns at once or 3 at one time and the 2 later? I suspect whichever idiot is crediting gems credits them just once for the account per month and then dozes off at work. Because this is a recurring problem with my Indie account. Initial gems credited on time but gems for txns done later in the month require follow up.

All at once at 1st of every month. Dont have patience to open the shitty slow ass UI again..

OK so maybe the clown who goes to sleep after crediting gems never again takes a look for that account. Despite raising complaints for Jan gems in Feb and March, no response from the clowns. Every month have to remind the clowns about some missing gems
