I won't suggest you to download it from anywhere. Just look for someone who has not updated the app, and get the apk transferred to you phone.

Do we get separate reward points (for D mart, Smrat bzr) for Supplementary cards as well or they count Primary card only ?

Consider add-on card as a totally different card and it is eligible for all the offers separately, even rewarded separately. However primary user can redeem the points of add-on user via their app also.
