I didn't get an option to choose issuing bank when I got this card. Not sure if they are giving an option to choose the card network as I got it long back, you might need to try it yourself.
No such options are available. It is issued on Visa platform only afaik.
But but during the course of application we get to see which bank will be the partner, though you can not change that.

₹1000 ka petrol daal lo ₹100 cashback mil jaega. I don't think any card gives this type of Cashback
10% points or direct cashback??

10% valueback. Means the points you will get is equal to the value of Cashback. So no point in asking points or Cashback
Sadly I am locked out of the App. Their stupid CS team is still working on that.

I switched from iPhone to Android. In iPhone I was using Sign in with Apple using my me email.
In Android, they don't have that option. When I try sign in with Email, I don't get the email.
Now, I am in process of getting my email changed to Gmail. So, can't log into the app.
Old phone is no longer with me. So, I am locked out of the app. 🤷♂️
You meant will get 1000 reward points equals to Rs. 100 on spending 1000?
