Issue is user specific. Better go with dmart, to be on the safer side.

So I will not get reward points 😞

Customer care over chat told that we can avail the same offer on same store again after 15 days of utilizing it.
If someone tries out in dmart same store as of earlier. Do let us know.

If you don't receive the rewards, you can email the screenshot of activity history and transaction details along with a picture of the bill. They'll process the reward points manually.
I faced the same issue but now I have received the offer reward points.

Raise a ticket from the app first. Then they will follow the same ticket on email.

So will this fetch me 20% cashback upto 500 as mentioned?

May be you can trying updating the app.
And also check for location permission is granted for the app or not.

Went smoothly without any hiccups.
Also got pending valueback points in history.
Hope it will get processed in next 10~12 working days.

After 14 days still waiting for rewards cc replied with add screenshot of offer history in offer around they took one week for this then next week asked to share the actual offer screenshot (as offers keep changing I don't know why are they asking such things) so fingers crossed might take another week for reply now
So only tip here is to add screenshot of the offer and offer history in advance
