onecard not providing reward points on education fee payments

onecard is not providing reward points on education fee payments since august. Also they transferred education fee payments to transfer category. so no reward points and 1% charges if it crosses above 10000 per month.
I paid education fee of 35000 on august but did not receive reward points and also incurred additional charges
i also confirmed the same with their customer care.
can anyone confirm this?

Yess it's true. They classify rent/wallet/education as quashy payments and levies 1% surcharge with no RPs.

Infact, not only OneCard almost all major banks have started same practice.
