OneCard RuPay Change Network From Same Partner Bank.

I have OneCard from South Indian Bank SIB, Visa Signature.
If i or anyone on this community gets it converted to Rupay Select this thread is for us.

Koi successfully OneCard Visa to RuPay me convert kar liya toh tag me with conversion process.

I spoke to Onecard customer care and even told them about RBI notification on Card Network Portability, but they said it's no possible to convert my BOB Visa to Rupay

Network portability is one thing ,but you cannot go from BOB to SBM as that's the bank providing you the credit limit ,it's like switching bank
