OnlineSBI shows old branch despite transfer via Yono

Okay so I had an old account in the SBI X branch which I transferred to Y branch(2 min from my home in case anyone asks why) via Yono App but it is still showing as X Branch in onlinesbi but shows as Y branch in Yono app.

1. Does CIF also need to be transferred from the old branch via application to manager to make it reflect on OnlineSBI portal?

2. Also if I don't transfer CIF and when someone sends me money via acc+ifsc in net banking will I receive it?
 
@rounakr94 1. No, not necessary. CIF needs to be transferred if you want to change the mobile, address etc details from the new (home) branch
2. Yes, money transfer happens using account details, and not using CIF details. Practically, you will receive the money even if someone uses any valid SBI IFSC as all the branches are now interconnected using CBS.

Regarding home branch in app - wait for couple of days, it should start reflecting. If you can see two interest entries -one debit and another credit for same value, then it means that branch has been changed.
