Here are the ones I know so far:

- RBL Signature+: Up to 1L/month for 1% rewards redeemable for GVs (seems like the best option still, risk of devaluation high)
- HDFC Millennia DC: Up to ₹40k/month for ₹400 (1%) cashback (difficult with Paytm ban)
- HDFC Platinum DC: Upto ₹75k/month for ₹750 (1%) cashback (only on banks available in HDFC Billpay)
- IndusInd DCs: Up to ₹112.5k/month for ₹1050 (max 0.93%) in reward points via CRED (bill > ₹50k)
- Indie DC: 0.5% in Gems on BBPS/non CC bill payment MCC (?)
- SBI DC: 0.25% when redeeming RP for GV on payments via DC up to 10k per transaction and 20k per month. (Minimum redemption quite high as of recently)
- Axis Burgundy DC + Magnus CC for Burgundy - 0.8% reward rate when transferring ER at 5:4 ratio
- CRED: Around 0.25-0.5% reward rate for smaller value payments if you spin 3 times. Can use for DC rewards (IndusInd) for payments above ₹50k.
- Payzapp: 11 Cashpoints (1 Cashpoint = ₹1) on CC bill payment of 5k minimum using coupon code
CheQ: Coins devalued heavily. Minimum payment ₹50k.- Paytm: Cashpoints/Rewards devalued, platform fee (₹4) added. Payment via Visa DC only, since wallet load has been banned.
Park+: Slowest settlement. Rewards not tested.
- Axis Liberty Account: ₹60k/quarter or ₹20k/month in payments for ₹750 voucher (+ you need to spend ₹5k for ₹25k total/month)
- IndusInd Indie Megastar tier Account: 5 unique CC payments of minimum ₹500 per month for 500 gems per month (1 Gem = ₹1)
- IDFC First Account: 250 First Rewards RP (1RP = ₹0.25) per month on first bill payment every month. This is separate from CC rewards.
