OTP not receiving for Amex Reward multplier

Hi All,
Facing the issue of not receiving OTPs for amex reward multplier transaction. This is happening only with Amex. Smartbuy is working fine.
And some times if I change the phone then I will receive the OTP. Anyone faced the issue and resolved can put some light on this Amex Reward multplier. Thanks all.

I used to get this issue only under two cases:

1. When I tried to perform a multiplier transaction post 11pm-Midnight

2. When I tried to perform multiplier transactions consecutively within a short span of time

Hence when noticed this then avoided above cases and rest was fine
