Amex Reward Multiplier - Issues

Hi,

Amex reward multiplier issues.
1. Has anyone tried the Gyftr through their reward multiplier? It's a pain as it is not only not instant but one doesn't get it unless Vouchagram is contacted. First one has to contact the customer care who divert to Whatsapp, raise a ticket and just close it if the first call doesn't get answered. Has happened to me twice. The first time I somehow got hold of the customer care and got the amazon pay GV. Second time I escalated on twitter and then it quickly got resolved. It works beautifully with my #infinia but when the monthly cap is hit there I thought maybe let's try this as well. But it's poor
2. When I tried to book an Air India flight the flight didn't even show up on the website. I realised apparently it is only for Air India and not Air India express. Ended up using there 13% off on Yatra instead. Why would they be so unaware of these things?

for me it has worked smoothly as all the apay vouchers generated are instant

I have observed this.
My hypothesis is if you add your Gift cards to cart and click on pay now and redirected to the next page where you select the card out of your saved cards to pay. It is counting these gift cards towards your 10k quota.

what other way is there to buy GV from AmEx Gyftr RM ??
I bought 4.5k same way last month,
and another 4.5k this month.
However way they calculate, it's still less than 5k for this calendar month as well last 30 days or statement cycle !!

1) You can use another mobile number to buy more gift cards with of 10k

2) Let's say you already bought 4.5k Vouchers this month and you tried to buy another 5k voucher. You added the voucher to cart and clicked on buy now.
For some reason you backed out on purchase. Now that 5k is counting towards your 10k per month quota

(I cannot confirm this is what is happening. But this is something I have observed. And I didn't want to test this)

Now I get what you mean.
I'd backed out twice worth 1k & 1.5k each
but still that shouldn't go over 10k.

Anyway I'll try with different phone no 👍🏻

I am getting this same problem now. After buying 1500 x 3, when I try to buy the next 1500, it’s showing “only 10,000 can be bought”.

I may have backed out during the purchase process twice or thrice. But it still wont reach 10,000. There is some serious problem with the portal.

Maybe I will try with another number.

I am buying only 6000 worth AGC from here. But those who buy 10000 or mor will need minimum 3 mobile numbers.
