Finally got the Rare ICICI HPCL SUPER SAVER RUPAY LTF

In Rupay, the reward issue is with QR code UPI payment or card payment?

Both..... You won't even get normal reward points....

Query to people who have moved to Rupay. Do you get 4% cashback on HP petrol pumps, if you scan QR code & pay through Rupay card?

Reward on Fuel cards for Fuel payments are mostly not received as the terminals are;t properly configured and in place of accelerated reward we get charged with fuel surcharge. Because of this I had to close IDFC Power Plus.

ICICI in collaboration with HCL, is offering ICICI Sapphiro, Rubyx, Coral, HPCL Super Saver (all cards are LTF) to its employees as long as income eligibility is met. "HCLTech" will be printed/embossed/debossed under the name of the card holder.

Got HPCL super saver Rupay approved, card yet to be delivered, virtual card is visible in netbanking portal, sent e-mail to customer care to get LTF status in written form.

Mailed 8 months back and got below reply

We inform you that, due to internal policy we unable to issue life time free HPCL Super Saver RuPay Credit Card and we are unable to upgrade the card from our end and you can apply Credit Card from nearest ICICI Bank Branch through new application to locate the nearest ICICI Bank Branch, visit maps.icicibank.com/mobile.

And then mailed them again before a week that I will complaint to RBI OMBUDSMAN (Already shared the screenshot above)

Then they processed; That's it;

Please note that, you have not received the cashback on appended transactions as MID of transactions does not belong to HPCL outlet. As one time service gesture, we are arranging to process service credit of Rs. 72.80 towards cashback in your Credit Card

(But all those fuel transactions were from hpcl only) How to file complaint again?

Mail them again and again, finally they'll oblige...at least in my case they did !!
