Transaction ID is already mentioned in the order history, ryt ?I sent email to support@myparkplus.com and CC to grievance.officer@myparkplus.com, got response with transaction ID.
The transacion ID you see in Park+ app is different from the transaction ID you receive via their support (they call it vendor transaction ID). The vendor transaction ID they provide is helpful to check with the respective banks and follow up. Although I didn't need to use it, I can see this vendor transaction ID reflecting in my credit card statement.Transaction ID is already mentioned in the order history, ryt ?
