Check if CC bill payment is successful or in process.
If its in processing then wait until it gets successful (usually 5-10mins) thereafter you'll receive scratch card.
I recently did a transaction and CB was credited the same way smoothly.

Many apps don't allow dc to cc for amount < 50K. Just want to confirm before trying.

You try with 100 and check if you're getting cb

Mostly it takes 4-5 days. If its still in processing status then it will get refunded in 6-7 days.
