I paid HSBC Credit card bill for around 16000 in 5 transactions and it is still showing pending on Park+. This was on 4th of Feb. It's been 11 days, it still shows pending and it has not been credited to my card either. Their customer support is shit and I am getting only bot responses. Any help?

Its pending for these many days, as per my experience it means it will not be processed and will be refunded.
