Pay Credit Card Bill Via HDFC Bill Payment Portal And Get 1% Cashback

Are you paying your credit card bill via 3rd party app or directly from your bank portal? then you are probably losing 1% cashback.
If you pay your credit card bill via HDFC Bank bill payment portal using your HDFC Bank debit card then you can earn 1% cashback, maximum Cashback capping depends on your debit card type.
Maximum Cashback Capping-
If you have HDFC Easyshop Platinum debit card then you can earn 1% upto Rs. 750 per month, just pay Rs. 75,000 bill & get Rs. 750 cashback.
If you have HDFC Millennia debit card then you can earn 1% upto Rs. 400 per month, just pay Rs. 40,000 bill & get Rs. 400 cashback.

Not only credit card bill, you can pay any utility bill you want (must be available on Hdfc bank bill payment portal) & get 1% cashback.

To Pay Bill Follow These Steps-
1. Login to your HDFC Bank Netbaning
2. Click on "BillPay & Recharge" tab -> Click on Continue



3. Now click on Add Biller
4. Select Credit Card
5. Now select your card provider name



6. Enter your credit card detail
7. Enter amount you want to pay
8. Select your debit card from drop down menu
9. Click on pay



10. Enter OTP & Done!

You'll receive 1% Cashback for the transaction, you can check & redeem your debit card Cashback from "Card Tab -> Debit Card -> Enquiry -> Cashback Enquiry & Redemption"

Will we get the cashback on only Autopay transactions? Or on normal transactions that are done by clicking on Bill Payments and then selecting biller type- Credit Card? And are there any service charges involved on paying high amount bills? And after how much time will the payment reflect in ICICI and AXIS credit card statements?

How to pay HDFC CC bill by HDFC platinum DC? There is no option for HDFC CC in Bill & Payments section of HDFC Netbanking

Use some other credit card to load amazon pay through uber. Then pay hdfc credit card bill through amazon pay wallet. Pay the other credit card bill through hdfc platinum debit card

Don't think Amazon lets you use APay wallet balance to pay credit card bills. I mean, I did not see an option to use APay wallet balance when I wanted to pay my credit card bill. The payment page clearly said that I can't use APay wallet balance for paying credit card bills. Am I missing something?

Can I use my wife's paytm wallet to pay my credit card bills? Paytm is charging my wife 2.35% for wallet loading, but if I recharge her wallet with my SC Ultimate, I still stand to gain ~1%. I can then pay the SC ultimate bill using HDFC platinum debit card for 1% cashback. Do you guys see any risks in paying my credit cards bills using my wife's paytm wallet? Hope I will not violate any Paytm, HDFC bank and SC rules if I follow this method of paying credit card bills. @TechnoFino

Ya i think you can do it but dont use too often , once only to pay 1 or 2 bills every month.

No amazon wont allow you to pay CC bills using APAY . You're not missing anything .

Remember one thing, ITD can ask you for spending justification anytime.... if you can justify your spending and your income... then just relax

Any online payment irrespective of credit card, debit card , other banking channels and even Cash withdrawals can be questioned from ITD. Cash expenditure do not have nay trail so generally ITD will never get a sense of those expenses.
