Pay Credit Card Bill Via HDFC Bill Payment Portal And Get 1% Cashback

Are you paying your credit card bill via 3rd party app or directly from your bank portal? then you are probably losing 1% cashback.
If you pay your credit card bill via HDFC Bank bill payment portal using your HDFC Bank debit card then you can earn 1% cashback, maximum Cashback capping depends on your debit card type.
Maximum Cashback Capping-
If you have HDFC Easyshop Platinum debit card then you can earn 1% upto Rs. 750 per month, just pay Rs. 75,000 bill & get Rs. 750 cashback.
If you have HDFC Millennia debit card then you can earn 1% upto Rs. 400 per month, just pay Rs. 40,000 bill & get Rs. 400 cashback.

Not only credit card bill, you can pay any utility bill you want (must be available on Hdfc bank bill payment portal) & get 1% cashback.

To Pay Bill Follow These Steps-
1. Login to your HDFC Bank Netbaning
2. Click on "BillPay & Recharge" tab -> Click on Continue



3. Now click on Add Biller
4. Select Credit Card
5. Now select your card provider name



6. Enter your credit card detail
7. Enter amount you want to pay
8. Select your debit card from drop down menu
9. Click on pay



10. Enter OTP & Done!

You'll receive 1% Cashback for the transaction, you can check & redeem your debit card Cashback from "Card Tab -> Debit Card -> Enquiry -> Cashback Enquiry & Redemption"

Just register your credit card with HDFC billpay and complete your bill payment with platinum debit card, you will get cashback points within 2-3 days which you can redeem directly in your HDFC bank account.

Depends on the card issuing bank.. For me, the payment in SBI CC credits faster than it debits from my HDFC a/c

Yes i got 163 points for 16.3k bill pay .

It's working make sure you have easy Shop visa platinum (not master card or rupay)

Pay via hdfc app or netbanking using BillPay, choose debit card...

Paid 20th aug, cashback credited on Tuesday but amount not yet credited to CC...

It's 3 to 4 working days ..19th was holiday for most of the banks ..Citi takes more time rest are on track

Don't count Saturday and Sunday! It takes upto 4-5 working days. In case of IndusInd, RBL & SBI, amount gets credited instantly. For ICICI, BOB (not available now) it takes time. Not sure about other banks as I haven't tried those personally.

In how much time payment gets reflected in the card.

It depends for which Bank's card you are making payment. In case of Indusind, RBL and sbi, payment gets credited instantly, for other cards it takes approximately 2-3 days.

yes go for icici, the default smart shopper debit card is useless. check this thread how to ask for icici rupay

I also have been trying to redeem points since last few days but unable to. It says "We apologize, but this facility is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

However all this while the points are being credited. The issue is only with redemption.
