Are you paying your credit card bill via 3rd party app or directly from your bank portal? then you are probably losing 1% cashback.
If you pay your credit card bill via HDFC Bank bill payment portal using your HDFC Bank debit card then you can earn 1% cashback, maximum Cashback capping depends on your debit card type.
Maximum Cashback Capping-

If you have HDFC Millennia debit card then you can earn 1% upto Rs. 400 per month, just pay Rs. 40,000 bill & get Rs. 400 cashback.

Not only credit card bill, you can pay any utility bill you want (must be available on Hdfc bank bill payment portal) & get 1% cashback.

guys, in HDFC bill payment page there is no option to pay my hdfc credit card using my platinum dc. Mean i can see many other cc options (in total 22), but hdfc own cc is not listed there.
Mate, you cannot pay your HDFC credit card bill using your platinum debit card. You can use SBI Unipay instead, but there is a high chance your money could get stuck for days, and SBI takes ages to refund it. Do it at your own risk.

Then what is the other option to pay my cc using Platinum DC and still get 1% cashback in present days?

Unfortunately, except for Unipay there are no other options at the moment. However, you can take a small risk and make a small payment of 10-20 rupees on Unipay.

If it goes through, you can then pay the rest. If it gets stuck, at least you will not regret losing a larger amount and wait for the refund.

Try with 5000 for HDFC

You will have to do kyc again. You will have to register your credit card again in your savings account via netbanking.
Received customer ID (in numbers) after opening savings account, is it possible to login in savings account net banking using same user id which I had created to login in hdfc credit card portal?

(customer ID is complex to remember over user name)

Also, I'm unable to find register option to link credit card with savings account.

Yes. I too used same username as credit card portal in savings account netbanking. Go ahead. You have to manually add/register credit card in savings account netbanking.

You need to register using customer id first then change it via netbanking afterwards.
