Payback to smart earn convert

I have Amex payback card.. I saw they are not offering the same now..

Is it possible to convert this card to smart earn..

I don’t want to make a fresh application..

Also does Amex offer ltf cards. Any trick to make this card ltf.

Just chat with them in the app, if not call their support. Mostly it will have to be fresh application.
