Hi Everyone,
I’ve attached a document outlining the charges that the Non-Tax Receipt Portal (NTRP) applies for payments made on the platform (see NTRP Charges.pdf). It mentions that payments made using Visa, Mastercard, or Amex credit cards incur a 1% transaction fee.
Does this mean there are no charges for payments made with Rupay credit cards? Or, does it imply that Rupay cards aren’t accepted on the NTRP portal—which would be quite ironic, considering the emphasis on promoting "Made in Bharat" products? 😕
If anyone has firsthand experience making credit card payments on NTRP, I’d really appreciate your insights! What’s the best way to minimize charges? 😅
