What's the best way to use 30k Amex points?

Hey Guys,

What's the best way to spend Amex Points? I've around 30k, I'm thinking food, buffets. Where all this can be used? Is only redemption to Taj and dining there is an option? or can it be converted to any other? Marriott? If yes, how?

US mein toh tour hi nahi hai Coldplay ka . Shayad aapke liye kuuch special event ho , but AFAIK nahi hai 😂

Sydney kaafi expensive ho jayega . Nahi toh wahan already SOLD OUT show ke exclusive invitations hain Accor members ke liye !

Hong Kong / Abu Dhabi kaafi cheaper options hain comparatively. Plus have frnds there !

Bhai Hong Kong second option hai . Flights miles use karne pe cheap hi pad raha waise .

DEL to DXB Air India Biz class is 20k Aeroplan miles ,

DEL to HKD is 16k CV points . Cathay Pacific v almost utna hi hai . HKD isiliye qki wahan shows sold out nahi honge . 3 shows hain udhar while only 1 in Abu Dhabi !

Next day ITC Maurya mein hai stay so “Bukhara” and “Dum Pukht” via Green Points (no off) !

Abhi toh travelling with a friend. Milte hain aaraam se kabhi . I live in CP , Saket ke chakkar lagte rehte hain frequently !

Just 3 Hotels out of 8800+ Marriott Bonvoy Properties Globally? My current booking in a Courtyard Marriott is Rs. 1+ per point. Last 8-10 bookings have all been minimum 0.6-0.7 Rs. per point. (3 Nights @ 33,600 Marriott Bonvoy Points with each night being $140+ per night without even accounting the aspect that these points were transferred under last year's 30% Bonus offer)

Within India, there are 135+ Properties and at least 40+ properties will give you, 0.7-0.8 Rs per point. Outside India is equally the same way.

do they allow to book the package option (I,e room +BF+dinnar) using the points?
is not it the basic low tier room?

13,876 for ITC Maurya was inclusive of taxes as is mentioned in the SS !

Marriott doesn’t have decent value proposition in Delhi except for Courtyard Aravali Resort (always >1) and sometimes ITC Maurya (60p) and Westin Sohna (75-80p) !

If you include the Buffet or Any food cost, what will be the value ??
I think it is better to book directly with cash than with points
