Rental payment through phone pe using amex platinum travel credit card

I tried to pay rent through phone pe using amex platinum travel credit card but while adding card details it's showing some error
Can I pay through phone pe using amex cc?
Is anyone facing same problem
Pls comment/ guide

Direct wallet to bank transfer to landlord account.
Mobikwik rent pay option doesn't support amex cc directly

I don't think housing accepts amex for rental. It only accepts for education fee and home services

For me, housing.com is saying the wrong card number when tried paying education fees.

Have you tried mobikwik? Add to wallet using Amex using century code with some extra fees. Send to landlord’s account from wallet.

Pay it as education fees.

Housing is asking for PAN for both rent and education. Any other apps where there is no PAN requirement and what is the limits for that app without PAN??
