Recently I found issue related to profile bug with my paytm account I already escalated to 24x7 section including @paytmcare Twitter handle but not getting required solutions anyhow before few years ago atleast they ready to give reply over 24x7 chat section now it is fully automated reply throwing & closing case id automatically now only Twitter support have hope now I am loosing hope with same.
Issue is like that-
1. In credit card bill payments section there are few cards that closed now, now I want to delete following but delete button not throwing any results it remains same card details now this is becomes serious issue if someone or me accidentally enter amount with closed cards payments because only last 4 digits it showing with Bank banner name some times it can happen with anyone.
2. This issue I am reporting from last year there are some beneficiary in paytm bank a/c or paytm app u say it not able to delete after pressing delete button it says details not found error but if I select pay it ready take amount value.
Both issue I already escalated with short video error reflects even they demands 2 more times I have shared required details to them but still they not able to resolve issues or not Routed issue to proper channels.
Kindly someone help with me to escalate following to paytm senior level or share any Escalation hierarchy where I can approach before they have one email like care@paytm.com now this not accept any incoming mails. @TechnoFino Please help me out.
