I did 10k in past, my fastag reloads are blocked for a month. So I concluded it's 9k as it's safe.

I did 10K for the first time... and got blocked next month xD
is there is a hope that next month will be unblocked? 😛

Yeah will be unblocked, just make sure paytm wallet active.

Don't do heavy amounts, do like 500 etc.

Use all ola,payz,mobi etc.
