For bills it’s utility and if u load wallet it will be wallet mcc

How are you planning to use diners to pay CC bill? You cannot pay CC bill with CC unless its rupay cc through UPI.

oh i see. it was allowing me to enter credit card details so i thought i could. amazon disallows at the first step itself.

Used last week also
Not tried today since waiting for tata card statement then pay bill again use rupay upi for other card bills

Its getting failed for me. Even money got deducted from the card and the transaction failed. Tried multiple times with diff upi apps and amts. Will have to mail and fight for refund.

Just wait for 48hrs
All upi failures will get settled to source

for me payzapp not fetching old cc bills to pay ,it shows failed to load plz try again after sometime
