For UPI, no doubt. For credit card bill payments, happened more than once for me. I am also a paytm user since its launch.

I very rarely use

I don't think frequent app usage triggers the upgrade option in PhonePe. As I primarily use Paytm for UPI payments. I raised a ticket on a random PhonePe transaction to enable upgrade option, but received no response. Surprisingly, the upgrade option became available nonetheless, and I've now completed my full KYC.

I too raised this issue on some random transaction, still waiting for reply for the last 3 days..After how many days you got upgrade option??

I did the same thing more than 36 hours ago and still waiting……

I got upgrade option in 48 hours after raising the ticket.

is your axis bank the main UPI acct for freecharge? if not, changing that may do the trick.

It doesn't work. None of the above mentioned method works for Freecharge full KYC. I signed up freecharge after I got Axis bank account, my main UPI account in freecharge is Axis and still I don't have option for full KYC. The only way to do full KYC is if you get invite from freecharge. It is invite only. I tried to complain to freecharge first and then upto Axis but got same reply: invite only.

I don't know if you can have 2 debit cards together. But, yes if you apply you'll be charged joining fees of 590

I was asking that i have platinum dc with 25k mab acc. Plat is free.
And it isn't giving me any reward as I pay electricity bill that 1% i can take from slice.
So if i apply for millennia debit card from that acc so I will be charged or not?
