If you know that it is free then it won’t apply charges and your previous DC will be disabled once you start using new Millennia DC…

If it's free then look at schedule of charges to see if there is any card replacement fee. If there is card replacement fee, you might get that fee charged. Because blocking and taking another dc usually considered as replacement.

I don't think Millennia is free for Savings max account. As per official t&C only Plat is free with savings Max ac. Millennia is free with Classic/Preferred/Imperia.

As I haven’t used millennia, I am not able to confirm you 100 %.. but if it is free then there won’t be any issuance charges for you . Platinum DC will be disabled that’s it
