I paid insurance premium through phone pe UPI and got 1% , does 9% gets added later or should I mail to nodal officer to get the remaining 9%

Remember, they will put on all kinds of drama on the call for 5 to 10 mins, don’t backtrack from your statement.

Explain clearly that you linked your card to UPI in the PhonePe app and made the insurance payment directly through the PhonePe app and therefore you should receive the 10% cashback.

Tell them to investigate it themselves with the PhonePe team. After that, they will give you 10% cashback after a few days.

Note - normal sbi customer care dnt help you.

Last time same thing happen with card otp transaction but everyone got 10% cb after complaint to sbi nodal officer and same merchant name now also credited automatically 10% cb.

I sent an email to the nodal officer on Sunday regarding the same matter. Till now no update from them. Once I get the response will update you.

Yes, last week I also booked a gas cylinder but received only 1%. We should keep an eye otherwise they easily try to get away with the cashback.
