I encountered another issue regarding my insurance payments. I made two payments, but the first one failed, so I went ahead and paid again. Surprisingly, they awarded rewards for the failed transaction but restricted the rewards for the successful payment because of a cap of 2,000 reward points.
Three days later, I received a refund for the failed transaction, but that also resulted in a deduction of my reward points. They used the failed transaction in their calculations for the reward cap, instead of adjusting the points based on the successful payment.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
