PhonePe Showing Option To Pay Credit Card Bill from Debit Card

I was just checking PhonePe and found that it was showing Add Debit Card option on Credit Card Bill Payment (screenshot attached). It also supports HDFC Credit Card Bill Payment.
Platform fee is fixed ₹1 whether bill amount is ₹10 or ₹100,000.
Just wondering if anyone tried it?

So you get 2 ERs for every Rs. 200 spent on Burgundy debit card. So you can pay CC bills using this debit card on CRED as well as Mobikwik and you will get these ERs. Now the trick is having Magnus Burgundy CC also with the same Burgundy account. Currently, you are able to transfer the ERs generated via debit card also in 5:4 ratio to airmiles or hotel points since these ER points keep shifting into Magnus Burgundy bucket. Eventually, this will get fixed, but make hay till the sun shines.

Are you sure? II tried to do the cc redit bill payment through cheqq using platnium debit card. But i have not received any cashback? Can you suggest where i can get cashback up to 750?

As of May 2024, has anyone tried to pay any credit card bill on PhonePe with your HDFC EasyShop Platinum Debit Card and got 1% cashback for it in your HDFC account?

Nahi karna bhai. In Ben 10 ke Lordo ki convenience fees hi DC ke reward points se zyada hai.

Also, I've uninstalled PhonePe a long time ago. Nahi karna yeh trash app use again.
