PhonePe wallet balance using SBI Cashback CC?

My electricity boards supports these wallets (No Amazon Pay Balance!). My question is can I exploit this wallets using SBI cashback cc to get 5% cashback? Like purchasing giftcards? Is it possible?

Yeaa they don't even charge anything extra but sadly sbi cb card doesn't give 5% for gift card purchases in tataneu app

Yes base 1.5% instant on settlement and bonus 3.5% post statement generation
Did a test on it 2 Months ago with 1k
Rounded base and bonus coins
But moved via apay gv route by hdfc core cards which is beneficial more than this

Didn't understood this part. Apay is better but have some limitations too.

I think we can use phonepe GV for upi txn at phonepe merchant where apay gv won't work. Is my assumption wrong?

Yes phonepe merchant qr will show gv of phonepe but u cant spend on same merchant frequently i mean if same merchant u scan daily u get gv option once in 27 or 28 days thats what I observed
But still ok they designed to avoid misuse of gv by friend merchant
Hdfc regarding my regalia gold qly spend 1.5l i get 1500 myntra voucher and on top of it if i use this 1.5l in smart buy its double dip thats what i meant instead of using TNI card

I pay daily at kirana store for milk with phonep giftcard balance but today suddenly that option is gone when I scanned same phonepe qr just like every other day, now I can see only upi option..does anybody know what could be the reason

My guess. Maybe if its configurable at merchant end not to accept payments via gitftcard balance then he might have disabled it.

For one merchant qr u wont get gift card option daily i get in medical shop 28 days once not sure how that algorithm works

Yes frequently same merchant they design it as we r paying to a merchant friend who gives us cash haha

Yes I got a merchant block for 40/- repeatedly paid
Post 3 weeks I was able to pay same merchant by gc
