So I came across this app, Piepay
Where you can use your card to pay for someone else's purchase and earn comission. Just like when we lend our card to our friends.

I did try to register myself and added few of my cards, so far no one has requested any transaction. Will keep you posted on how it goes.
Useful for people who doesn't own a card and still want to get discounts.
